Minimise distractions in your environment, such as silencing messages and phone calls. If necessary, let your household members know you need to be undisturbed for a short time.
Make yourself comfortable, sitting up or lying down. Play the recording through at least once. Each recording is set to loop automatically. Experiment to find a total duration (number of loops) that works best for you.
