Our focus
Mental Health ↗︎
Anxiety, depression and stress-related illnesses, including fatigue and burn-out.
DGBI ↗︎
Disorders of Gut-Brain Interactions, including Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and other Functional Gastrointestinal Disorders (FGID).
Well-being ↗︎
Our main goal at MindLife is to restore and maintain a person’s well-being through personalised mental health initiatives.
The UK NHS offer a service (IAPT) for people with anxiety and depression but they have constraints regarding the resources they can invest and the methods they can use.
We are collaborating with the NHS and IAPT to improve IAPT’s therapy services and outcomes. However, there is still a huge demand for effective, inexpensive mental health solutions directly for consumers, both in the UK and even much more so in other countries. Therefore, in parallel with providing advanced solutions to healthcare providers, MindLife is planning to offer the following self-help solutions soon:
UpliftLIFE
Empowering people to improve their mindset and their emotional and physical health; increasing their ability to enjoy success in life and career.
GutBetter
Helping people who have suffered for years from IBS, pain, diarrhoea, and constipation, for whom medication and the medical profession haven’t been able to help.
